We’ve tried to make our parts warranty procedure as easy as possible, with a quick and easy process to ensure your machine is up and running with minimal downtime. Our response time on receiving a warranty claim is less than 48hrs to receive a decision as to the outcome of the claim.

However, in some exceptional circumstances, it may take longer to process. All Fortus parts are supplied with our lifetime warranty against defects, further reinforcing our guarantee to supply only quality and reliable parts.

To submit a warranty, include the following information to ensure the warranty claim can be processed without delays. Information to include with your warranty submission:

  1. The machine make and model number the parts are fitted to
  2. The business name the parts were purchased under from Fortus
  3. At least three (3) clear photos of the damage/issue from different angles
  4. At least one (1) wide format photo clearly identifying the damage/issue
  5. At least one (1) photo of the machine the parts are fitted to

Note: If you are claiming more than one part, ensure you keep all images for each part separate. Submit one (1) part per claim providing the information above for each part you are claiming warranty on.
